Veteran Telugu actor Kota Srinivasa Rao died on July 13, 2025, at the age of 83. He passed away at his Jubilee Hills residence in Hyderabad around 4 AM, after battling age-related health issues.

Born on July 10, 1942, Kota became a major force in Telugu cinema. Over a career spanning four decades, he acted in more than 750 films. He brought unforgettable characters to life in movies like Gaayam, Pratighatana, Leader, and Aha Naa Pellanta.
